The home of horror is back.

The lineup for the third installment of The Stanley Film Festival has been announced and it looks to be as terrifying as ever.

Residing in Colorado’s Stanley Hotel — the inspiration behind Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining — the festival will feature titles such as The Final Girls, The Boy, We Are Still Here, The Invitation and the debut of Some Kind of Hate, an Adam Egypt Mortimer thriller about a bully victim who summons the spirit of a young woman who helps him torment his abusers.

The event will also feature a Q&A session with filmmaker Mick Garris following the screening of his new flick Re-Animator.

The three day festival takes place on April 24th to April 26th and is shaping up to be one of the biggest weekends that any horror fan can experience. You can purchase tickets and view the full lineup info at the official website.

The Final Girls

We Are Still Here

After their teenage son is killed in a car crash, Paul (Andrew Sensenig) and Anne (Barbara Crampton) move to the quiet New England countryside to try to start a new life for themselves. But the grieving couple unknowingly becomes the prey of a family of vengeful spirits that reside in their new home, and before long they discover that the seemingly peaceful town they’ve moved into is hiding a terrifyingly dark secret.

The loyalty between three young, female friends is tested when a debaucherous evening of drinking turns into a nightmare after they accidentally commit murder. Packed with unexpected twists and strong performances, Body is a nasty little thrill ride.
