They should have left her alone.

If you have a healthy dose of paranoia, you may have a plan for what to do if your home is invaded.  Your plan may involve a panic room, or sneaking out the back door to run away, or maybe even exercising your 2nd Amendment rights. Whatever your plan is, I can almost certainly guarantee that it pales in comparison to that of the protagonist in the upcoming horror film Intruders.

Written by T.J. Cimfel and David White, Intruders was directed by Adam Schindler.  This home invasion horror stars Beth Riesgraf, Rory Culkin, Jack Kesy, and Martin Starr.  Here’s a synopsis:

Anna suffers from agoraphobia so crippling that when a trio of criminals break into her house, she cannot bring herself to flee. But what the intruders don’t realize is that agoraphobia is not her only psychosis.

Hmm…maybe the protagonist is actually the antihero.  Intruders breaks and enters theaters January 15th, 2016.  In the meantime, you can watch the trailer.  To give you an idea of what awaits the film’s would-be burglars, think of what Kevin from Home Alone might do if he were coached by Jigsaw.
